Beginners (Age 8+, Adults welcome) Tuesdays 6:00-6:45
This class offers an introduction to Karate starting with the fundamentals
- Traditional Isshinryu Karate delivered by highly trained and qualified instructors
- Endurance, Conditioning and Flexibility training
- Practical Self Defense against Real Situations
- Full Contact fighting, Point fighting, Grappling and Ground Fighting
- Traditional Weapons Training (bo, sai, tonfa)
- Families welcome and discounts available
All Classes are held at Woodcrest Public School in the main gym, entrance is on the side of the building in the parking lot
